Bloom will feature 336 new multifamily apartments across 5.7 acres in Fort Myers, Florida. The community will offer a mix of moderately priced studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units, with 172 of those designated as income-restricted at 80% AMI.

 

Amenities will include a pool, fitness center, game room, playground, dog park, business center, and co-working space. Ground has been broken, and the project is expected to be completed by late 2027.
