BLOOM FT. MYERS

Bloom will feature 336 new multifamily apartments stretching across 5.7 acres in Fort Myers, Florida. The mix of apartments will include moderately priced studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom units with property amenities including a pool, fitness center, game room, playground, dog park, business center and co-working space. Full project completion is expected for December 2024.
